Home services in Southeast Asia is one of the largest under-digitised industries in the region. The technical problems are real: matching homeowners with the right pros in real time, pricing thousands of job variants accurately, handling payments and escrow across two currencies, and serving service professionals who range from established SMEs to one-person operators.

The non-technical problems are equally real: building trust where the default is distrust, training thousands of independent providers to a consistent standard, and operating across two distinct regulatory and cultural markets without losing what makes each one work.

Who we hire

People who take craft seriously. People who want to ship work that millions of homeowners will actually use, not slides. People who are comfortable operating in a region where the rules are still being written and the playbook does not yet exist.

Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin are all spoken across the team. We do not require any specific one, but cultural fluency in either Malaysia or Indonesia is a strong plus for most roles.

We operate two brands, not one. Decisions are made by people who know their market, in their market.

Trust gets built in mechanism.

Verified pros, escrow payment, warranties, insurance. Trust does not get asserted in marketing copy; it gets engineered into how the platform works.

Asset-light, partner-deep.

We do not employ contractors. We work alongside them. The platform succeeds when our pros succeed.
